The site for the apartments is located in Dublin's docklands and was historically used for warehousing and freight storage. The scheme is designed to open out onto the reclaimed Spencer Dock with its proposed public linear park. The apartments form part of a larger proposed development and regeneration of these lands, which is to include commercial, retail and other residential development.

The apartment complex is comprised of 620 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, retail areas, crèche and underground parking. The apartments are generally dual aspect with living areas facing west and bedrooms facing east. Both living rooms and bedrooms are served by balconies. Duplex apartments with fully glazed facades are situated at ground floor level. At roof level large penthouse apartments step down to the south with extensive garden areas attached.

Reconstituted stone panels with exposed aluminium channels, composite windows, steel balconies and timber combine to form the external wall. High quality internal finishes within the apartments feature full height oak doors and granite.

The private internal courtyard gardens feature water pools, seating, natural stone and timber.
