Construction Management Partnership (CMP) was incorporated as a joint venture arrangement between Treasury Holdings Limited and John Sisk & Son Limited with the primary aim of undertaking construction of the Spencer Dock site.
The development of the Spencer Dock site will include commercial, retail and residential developments all designed to a masterplan in accordance with the DDDA North Lotts Planning Scheme. The Spencer Dock site is strategically located immediately east of the International Financial Services Centre (I.F.S.C.), approximately 1km from Dublin city centre adjacent to Dublin 's Royal Canal .
By utilising the expertise of both Treasury Holdings and John Sisk & Son, market leaders in the fields of property development and general contracting, CMP aims to deliver an end product to the highest quality standard within an agreed timeframe and budget.
