PricewaterhouseCooper Expand Spencer Space

Sponsors of the inaugural property developer's conference, PricewaterhouseCoopers, have announced that they are to take an additional 35,000 square feet of office space at Spencer Dock, which will bring its total accommodation to 230,000 square feet. The new offices will be located in a state of the art seven-story building due for completion in early 2007.

Treasury Holdings' Spencer Dock development will create over 3 million square feet of first class office space adjacent to the IFSC when completed.

Treasury Holdings design and customize buildings to client specifications at the site, which is quickly becoming the most sought after location for Irish and international business.

Plans for Spencer Dock include provisions for a range of public transport facilities including buses, DART, trains and Luas, giving easy access to the city centre.
